About HZA

Since its inception in 1988, Hornby Zeller Associates, Inc. has provided evaluation and consulting services to public and private organizations in over 30 states and the District of Columbia. These services include:

program evaluation;
management reporting, outcome and performance measurement;

organizational and policy analysis;
training and professional development;

needs assessment and strategic planning; and

HZA’s clients include county, state, and federal governments; philanthropies and foundations; mental and physical health care providers; and non-profit organizations. HZA has served the following branches of government: child welfare including child protection, foster care and adoption; substance abuse including prevention and treatment; courts including juvenile and adult branches and special purpose courts; corrections including juvenile and adult; mental health including children and adult; health; developmental disabilities; and public assistance including TANF, Food Stamps and Medicaid.
