Mental Health

HZA works in the mental health field by performing evaluations, analyzing the usage and cost of various types of mental health services before and after a treatment intervention, assessing fidelity to specific treatment models, and developing policy to support the advancement of mental health in state government. Evaluations address programs operating in either community mental health or court settings. Both types of evaluations are generally complex, involving both process and outcome measurement and often including financial analyses of costs and/or savings.
